Well basicly, I just tried to login after being inactive for the past month and only logged in like 2 hrs in total during that month but now im getting a Code 045 error saying " Your account has been blocked for an account issue... Lol no one besides me is able to login to the account so really dont know what i did wrong..

you will need to contact support for that....there may be a problem with your account; and we, here, will not be able to help you with it....sorry

you can look in riverside there is a very similar thread (now locked) there about code 45

You'll have to buy all the games/expansions and start over with a better set of passwords for your game, NCsoft account, and email account.

assumeing whats in bold is a really bad idea just FYI. Technically if anyone wanted to they could get onto their computer and try and hack peoples accounts. it probably wouldnt work but if someone knew what they were doing they could most assuredly get your your account. So yea dont ASSume that people cant get your account.

and i would suggest re-buying the game. anet has a tendency to take forever on their customer support to give you a message that reads "we cant help"

Just contact support. The code means

"This code indicates an account mark or a ban. This means you have most likely breached the User Agreement or Rules of Conduct.
Or when the account has been suggested to have been hacked."

If they suspect that attempts are being made to hack the account, then they will block it until the real owner contacts support.
